What is Suited for Change?

Suited for Change's mission is to equip women in need in our community on their path to financial independence by providing them with professional attire, coaching, and skills training.

First, each client has a personalized styling session with a Suited for Change stylists, receiving two full outfits, complete with accessories.

After every client’s first suiting appointment Suited for Change offers a virtual or in-person coaching session from a professional development coaches.

Once a client has been hired, they return to Suited for Change for a second visit and receive three more outfits from our boutique.

How do I volunteer?

Stylists are the main volunteers at Suited for Change. Stylists work one-on-one with the client to help them find the professional look they need. Volunteers are deeply committed to Suited for Change’s mission, some have been a part of the community for over 15 years. Volunteers need to apply before they can schedule volunteer hours.

Suited for Change also needs mentor coach volunteers. These volunteers are usually former public service workers, HR professionals, or senior managers.
